Return Process

  Contact our support team via the online portal with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Securely pack the product in its original flight-grade packaging, ensuring all cables, clamps, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Support

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own tracked shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
